1 bedroom at Plateau Mont-Royal

Hi future flat mate,

We are three French people (1 girl, 2 boys) studying engineering (ÉTS Montréal) and 1 Australian girl looking for another people to rent with us a 6 1/2 close to Mont-Royal metro station on the orange metro line. Lease term is from 01/09/15 to 30/06/16. We would like to live in an international shared apartment. That’s why, foreign people would be better.

Just a step from Du Mont-Royal Avenue, one of the main arteries of the plateau, you will find, near to the apartment, a terrific range of original boutiques, along with restaurants and cafés. Moreover, quick access to Mont-Royal metro station will allow you to not freeze your ass off during winter!

About the apartment, it was renovated one year and half ago. The 4 bedrooms are equipped of double bed. The kitchen is fully furnished (fridge, hotplates, microwave, oven, vessels, washing and drying machines, ironing board). The bathroom is clean and functional. And a garden is available to have fun with friends and enjoy the sunshine.

One room is available. Room price is 350$ (no window to the outside but opaque glass door to the living room). Added to this price, Wi-Fi and electricity have to be divided by 5 (around 50$ by month per person).
Julian, Floriane, Kate and I are both open-minded, outgoing and respectful. We also like sport (non-smokers) and we especially love to enjoy life. Have fun with friends, go to parties and meet people. We would like to live in a friendly shared apartment, in which we could enjoy and make friends.
