Hey,

I'm moving out of my room and looking for a new tenant to move into our brand new condo (January 1, 2016). The apartment is located at Dundas/Carlaw in Leslieville which is a great and safe neighbourhood with many little restaurants and shops. Grocery stores are in walking distance as well as street cars on Queen and Gerrad. The Pape subway station is a 10 minute bus ride. The stop is right in front of our house.

You will have your own bathroom with a tub. The room fits a queen sized bed and has a closet. There's a huge couch in the living room with TV and cable. Your roommate is a 25 year old professional female.

Hydro+utilities+internet included.
