1 BDRM in a LRG 4 BDRM Home - Everything included

I have a room available in a shared 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 living room, and 2 kitchen house (we are not short on space). The room is a good size as it can definitely fit a double bed and more furniture, and it does have a closet! Laundry is also available onsite.

Currently the house is occupied by myself and two others, all in our early-mid 20s. We do also have an indoor cat, but unfortunately we cannot have any more pets.

The room is a firm, and consistent, $550 every month and this includes all utilities (hydro, gas, internet, and my Netflix account... if you want). I will need a $100 damage deposit on your move in date, which can be ASAP or APRIL 1st.

** Because we are looking to rent out this room so last minute, I will only be charging $500 for the first month and then $550 beginning the month afterwards. **

Note for drivers: We do have have a driveway which can possibly fit two cars. There is also quite a bit of free street parking!

Note for students: We are located very close to both BCIT (Canada Way @ Willingdon) and the Art Institute (Renfrew @ Grandview). I am also a student at AI so we could totally car pool :)
