1 bdr in Sunny Potrero hill :)

The place:

The room is not furnished and has a closet and some storage. It is one of the biggest rooms in the apartment. The apartment has plenty of storage in the garage. We are sharing the washing machine / dryer with the landlord who lives on the upper apartment.

The house has a backyard and a grill. I also have a little veggie garden there.

Street parking is really easy.

Location:

Nicely located, close to Whole Foods, restaurants, gyms, and 6 min biking from 22nd Cal-train. Also close to buses that run downtown and to Mission. Other options for groceries in the area include Trader Joe's and Potrero Center (with Safeway).

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a roommate respectful of the others and of the common spaces. We don't want a roommate that is bringing the party back home. If you are into cooking, the only thing we are asking is to clean after yourself! As we don't have a dishwater, dishes need to not accumulate in the sink.

Who we are:

Two working professionals : Sara a recent grad from the East Coast working as a Front-End Developer in the city. Pauline in her 30s who works as a scientist in the city. We enjoy relaxing after work and tend to go about our own schedules most of the time but socialize when we are both around the house.
