1 bd in 2BHK apartment available May 15th

I am moving out of my apartment on May 15th and am looking for someone to take over my part of the lease. The current lease ends August 31st.
The other room is occupied by a Northeastern student who already graduated, and the living room is occupied by a Pharma school student. They're both really nice and respectful roommates.
Location
-3 minute walk to Cleveland Circle Train (St. Paul T stop) and 5 minutes walk to Riverside Train (Longwood T Stop).
-4 minutes walk to bus 47.
-4 minutes walk to Trader Joe's
- 5 minutes walk to Coolidge Corner (Restaurants, Bars, Gym...)
-The neighborhood is really quiet. There is a park right in front of the apartment where you can play Basketball, Baseball, or just chill...
The room is spacious, clean and comfy. I loved to live there.

I will remove the decorations on the room.
