Two Rooms Available in Beautiful Loft in Plateau- Very Large, Exposed Brick

DESCRIPTION
We currently have two rooms out of the four in our loft as my roommate Leni is also going on exchange. Looking to sublet our two rooms starting January 1st (for the entirety of the semester -May 31st- and possible longer). Both rooms are at the front of our loft overlooking St. Laurent include large windows, fully furnished, have exposed brick, high ceilings and large closet spaces. The main area of the loft has a big skylight above the dining room table, exposed brick along the length of the wall, a big living room area to hang out in and the kitchen is fully equipped with a brand new dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, and 4 cupboard spaces per roommate. Also a balcony on the back.

BREAKDOWN OF RENT
Rent is $662.50/person + $10 internet/month + Hydro split four ways (usually no more than 30 per person per month).

LOCATION
15 minutes away from McGIll, 8 minute walk to both St. Laurent and Sherbrooke station, bus stop in front of the house to catch a ride to Mile End, bus stop at St. Urbain (1 minute walk away) to head south to hang out in old montreal. Above St. Laurent street to go out, across the street from a 24 hour grocery store, and you would expect it to be loud on weekends but the double sealed windows work miracles!

About Your Future Roommates:
Joanna and Bronte will be living in the back two rooms of the apartment (see pictures below).

Bronte studies AND works at a music publishing company (she even has her own business cards). She is quick-witted, independent and frequently purges the candy shop below our apartment in moments of stress. She is one of those people that you know immediately where you stand with (no bullshit) while also being a caring, compassionate and loyal friend. What a juxtaposition!!!!

Joanna is a go getter! Her eclectic skill set is demonstrated in how she currently studies geography and urban systems, although was accepted to McGill to do MATHEMATICS!! Similar to Bronte, she frequents Bombay Mahal or Singh's restaurant (depending on her budget) to deal with hardships. I would describe Joanna as one of those few people in life who doesn't realize how funny she is- kind of like an aloof golden retriever or a grandfather who is very comfortable in his own skin. She is wonderfully principled, extremely intelligent, and cooks like a greek julia child.

Leni and I have been supremely lucky to have found this apartment let alone these hilarious, easy-going and lovely roommates. We want to find tenants that will appreciate both as much as we do.

I'm lookimg for 2 bedrooms one for me one for my cousins.
We boths work.
Im working in a café on st laurent but im waiting for the canadian army.
My cousin is working at grinder restaurant he is a full time cook.
We are both french and canadian by our moms.
We are very chill very clean people.
We just came back from 2 years spend in toronto to practice our english.
We like movies music laughing and candies too;)
