My roommate and I are subletting our apartment (Solin Hall, McGill Residence), and you do not have to go to McGill to sublet it, nor be a student!
The apartment is furnished, and you simply need to bring your sheets and luggage!
It is a 2 bedroom apartment, with 1 bathroom (with a bathtub!), a living room and a kitchen.

Perks of being in rez: Security day and night, gym, big common room with TV, ping pong, piano, pool table, wifi included...
The residence is right next to the beautiful Atwater market (perfect for summer grocery shopping!) and 1 minute away from the Lionel-Groulx Metro station (on both the green and orange line).

IIf you wanna discover some nice coffee shops and other sweet places around, we'll give you some great adresses!
(PS for McGill students: you are at maximum 15 mins away from campus!)
You can either rent the entire apartment or you can rent a room individually!
