Hello! I just saw your gypsy housing post and it seems like a great fit for me. Here's some more info on me: I'll be starting graduate school in the fall to get a masters degree in social work, but the program's classes and work hours are full-time, around 9-5, so I won't be at home much. I have a guarantor and bank account statements to show I can pay. Moving in closer to May 1 would be best.
I'm not home often, but when I am, I am quiet and I like to have a peaceful space while also being on friendly terms with those I live with. I'm very outgoing when I'm out, but since I'm only usually home when I'm going to bed, reading, or studying (for school), I am more reserved at home- I mostly socialize outside the house but like to occasionally have friends over to watch a movie. I like to have roommates who are also considerate of one another, and conscious of having a relaxing space. I'm very clean- in college, I lived in a co-op with 20 other people, which taught me the importance of looking after, cleaning, and maintaining your space. This experience also taught me to prioritize respecting your roommates and not forcing your preferences or lifestyle upon them, while also reaching compromises without confrontation so that ensuring is happy (i.e. Making sure everyone has time to use the kitchen and bathroom, and letting everyone use the TV). During the summer, I'm away every weekend, and during the year, I like being able to use the kitchen on the weekends to make myself lunches for the week.
Please let me know if there's anything else you'd like to know
