Summer Sublet in a Beautiful Annex Neighbourhood!

I’m looking to sublet my room as early as mid-June until August 31st. I live in a very spacious bedroom within a renovated basement apartment in the annex, about a five minute walk from Dupont subway station. Rent is $725/month, although if you wanted to move in before July 1st that could be arranged for an additional fee. The apartment is shared with another roommate, who is friendly, clean, easy going, and has a cat named Mittens. We live in an LGBTQ friendly household as I am a queer woman and my roommate is an ally. While it is a basement apartment, the massive backyard with the bbq definitely makes up for it! There is bike storage and laundry on site.
