Spacious private room and bathroom near bart

My incredible room will be up for grabs starting Jan 2. It's a super spacious, gorgeous room with a ton of sunlight. Freshly painted. You'd be living with three other housemates, all insanely clean and kind and responsible. Easiest people to live with:

1. A couple - a male, late 20s guitar teacher, a female late 20s doggie daycare assistant, and their two dogs who are cute, quiet, and don't shed (or if they do, i wouldn't know, because their parents keep the place spotless)

2. a SFSU mid 20s male student who is usually out of the house in class/working, and his dog who is as clean and quiet and hilariously adorable. You would be sharing a bathroom with this roommate, though he's honestly never around because his work schedule is so busy. Even showers at the gym, so the bathroom (with full tub and shower) is pretty much all yours

- 5 minute walk from Balboa Park BART. Seriously, I timed it.
- Safe neighborhood near schools with lots of families.
- There's a garage spot that rotates between all four of us every month. otherwise, plentiful street parking.
- Small backyard
- Easy to work with/contact landlord. there's no sublease agreement, so you would need to pay for a background check and then take over my lease of 1 year (till July 2016.)

all in all, i love this place. i'm only moving because i accepted a job elsewhere. we are looking for someone CLEAN, RESPONSIBLE, PEOPLE AND DOG FRIENDLY. If you are not these things, please don't apply, as everyone will be interviewed in person to make sure its a good fit. This is a home, not just a house!

4/20 friendly, house is already furnished, if you need a bed/other things in my room we can negotiate that as well.
