I am transferring my lease in a 4 bedrooms appartement starting 1er January 2017. It is located 5 min away from the Atwater metro, 3 min aways from grocery stores (Adonis, IGA, PA), and 10 min away from Concordia university.
The apartment is spacious and luminous, with a double living room, a big kitchen, a bathroom. My room is spacious it has two closets and one big window.

Good student ambiance between the roommates and in the building.
Laundry (washer and dryer) room in the building
. As well, I am selling the bedroom furniture
(bed).
