Room for rent, shared common area in 1 BR apt

Hi!

I have a bit of a unique arrangement: I am leaving for grad school in a different country before Feb 1 and am looking to a person willing rent my bedroom / apt BUT is willing to share the common area with me possibly. This means I may occasionally be sleeping in the common area ** The apartment is rented out after Feb 1, so this is a short term arrangement Jan 5-Jan 31, or weekly rentals can be entertained as well. Nightly rentals at $60/night are also available.

Ideal tenant: 1 person or couple new to the city in need of a temporary apt as a platform to search for more permanent housing; a traveller who is visiting Vancouver for roughly 1 mo. May or may not need furniture (ie. will get to keep all of mine for a small sum) after the end of Jan.
-Respectful of space and relatively quiet as i will be occasionally in the common area.

Arrangements: You will get the large bedroom that is fully furnished with 1 queen bed. Bathroom and common area are shared.

Furnishings: I will throw in all my furnishings eg. bed, dresser, kitchen things for a small amount of $ if you decide it is suitable for you to keep as you find a new place.

There is a friendly rabbit in a cage in the common area.

Hopefully this makes sense. You will be sharing the common area and kitchen with me. I may or may not be in town for January. * I may need to stay in the space overnight.
