The other tenants are all students, and would prefer student roommates. The house has been recently renovated and comes unfurnished with eh exception of a small wardrobe in each room. House is very close to the major universities downtown, about 20 mins to Ryerson, 5 mins to the U of T Campus, 10mins to OCAD. It's also close to the AGO, Kensington Market, Chinatown and shopping on Queen St.

Basement Room: 720$ (shown, keep in mind that the dresser is about 1.5 ft deep and the bed is queen sized, there is about 2-3 ft of walking space around the bed currently)

Utilities Included plus there is a lady that cleans all common areas and bathrooms once a week and laundry in the building. High-speed internet is not included but is 5-15$ a month through a shared plan with the roomates or you can purchase your own.
