This is an apartment with 3 closed bedrooms: so you will share the apartment with 2 other roommates
The apartment is renovated, furnished with all charges included (Wi-Fi, electricity and heating) close to the Castelnau metro station, 10 minutes from Beaubien / Jean-talon station, 2 minutes from buses 55 and 18, cafes, restaurants and the Jean-Talon market. The apartment is surrounded by 3 parks: Little Italy Park - Dante Park and Jarry Park, which offers lots of sports activities (tennis, swimming pool, soccer field, baseball;);
The bedroom has a double bed, a storage cupboard, a bedside table with lamp and a desk with chair.

I'm looking for someone clean, friendly who likes to share discussions, small evenings, meals together ... and who is ready to invest in keeping the apartment clean. It’s not a place to party.

My name is Michelle and i‘m 19 years old. I‘m from Germany and i‘m going to stay in Laval for four months because i have to work there in preparation for my studies. Your Discription sounds just so perfect! I‘m looking for an appartement which i can share with other students. I‘m also interessted in cooking or spending time together. Maybe i can show you typical german food. I conform thé german cliche so i‘m really organised and i need to have a clean and tidy room to feel comfortable. So i think it will fit really good. I noticed that you would like to take people for 6 month. Hopefully 4 month will be enough because i would love to stay this time with you and your friend.
I will arrive the 26 of july and i‘m going to leave in the end of november or maybe little bit longer. It depense where i‘m going to find my next job.
