Nous avons une chambre meublée disponible dès maintenant. La chambre est située dans un bel appartement au rez-de-chaussée, sur une rue calme à côté du magnifique parc Carré St-Louis. Il y a beaucoup de choix d'épiceries, cafés, restaurants et boutiques à proximité.

Le métro Sherbrooke à 2 mins à pied ainsi que plusieurs lignes de bus qui traversent la ville. Les universités UQAM et McGill sont à distance de marche sans compter les nombreuses écoles et instituts. La rue est résidentielle et il y a plusieurs parcs et ruelles verte à côté.

La chambre est meublée d'un lit de qualité double, un bureau de travail, une commode, un garde-robe spacieux. Les rideaux et la literie sont fournies pour votre séjour.

Toutes les charges d'énergie, wifi et entretien régulier sont incluses.

We have a furnished bedroom available now in a shared apartment on the Plateau. The apartment is on the ground floor in a central neighbourhood, Sherbrooke metro station is only 2 mins walking through the Square St-Louis park. Our street is residential and very calm (almost no traffic).

Many universities such as UQAM and McGill are within walking distance. And there's lots to discover in the area (museums, festivals, cafés, restaurants, grocery markets).

The bedroom is furnished with a quality double-sized bed, a desk, dresser and big closet. Curtains, linens, pillows, blankets are included.

All energy costs, wifi and regular cleaning included. We are flexible as to the lease term depending on your needs, we can also offer a prolongation if needed.

We are looking for students or young workers who want to have a fun roommate experience.
