Looking for roommate! Room available in Brooklyn! Ready to move in from Dec 20th- Jan 1st

I am looking for someone to take over my lease, move-in dates can range from Dec15th - Jan1st, contract ending in July 31st. The set up is: 3 very friendly, clean, and cool roommates, each one has their own room.

The apartment is very nice, well managed, modern, with awesome amenities. It has central heating and A/C, washer and dryer (inside!) rooftop access with awesome views, and a balcony. Close to subways and bus stations.
I commute everyday to Manhattan and its the location is very convenient.

The ideal candidate would be someone who has a full-time job, good credit score or guarantor.

Roomates are: Jose (32) Broker, Malcom (26) Enviromentalist, and Jacob (28) who works for a non profit organization. We are looking for someone that can be friendly, social, and chill.
