Large Room in UWS

Hi there,

I am look to rent out my room on the awesome neighborhood of the Upper West Side. I am hoping to put your name on the lease, so that yo u are able to have the full privileges of the apartment.

The apartment is small but comfortable. It is recently renovated so everything is upgraded and ver nice. There is a dishwasher and washer/dryer, so no trips to the laundromat! The bathroom is very spacious with a full tub.

The room itself is the biggest of the three. It can fit a queen sized bed with room to spare. I also have a nightstand, dresser, mirror and card table and there is still plenty of room. The room also has a decent sized closet and 2 windows for great light.

The neighborhood is great. We have 2 different grocery stores within a 2 block radius and one is a WHOLE FOODS. We also have restaurants close by and shopping on Columbus Ave and Amsterdam Ave. The neighborhood is really great for a person who wants to live in the city but also be away from the city.

We have 3 subway lines close by, the 1, C, and B so you can really go anywhere in the city. It is only a 20 minute subway ride to Midtown.

The roommates are 2 students in the city. They are busy with both school and work. One has a small dog, so you will be sharing with him too.

The potential roommate must be responsible, clean, and organized in the shared spaces. Also someone who doesn't really bring the party home would be great.
Any pets are fine.
