Shared and limited single rooms available for June and July 1st 2019.

You will be living in a large residence including all services such as: fridges, stoves, microwaves, washer/dryer. The rooms are also furnished with new beds and desks.

Electricity and heating are included. Plus enjoy the WIFI throughout the house.

Minutes away from bus and metro.

We have a lot of common areas and study space to create a rewarding experience for students from all over the world.

The rooms are of different sizes, first come, first served. Hope to see you soon

NB: Leases are between 4 months to 1 year.

*****Rental price will vary depending on the room. Price ranges between $400 - $450 per month for a shared room. The shared rooms can be made into single rooms for $750 per month. Single room prices start at $600 per month.
