Looking for a responsible, considerate and clean person to take over my lease because I'm moving to another apartment with my friend! Fully furnished spacious private room with attached private bathroom in a 3-bedroom 2-bath apartment. The building is at a excellent location in Nob Hill. Monthly rent is $1800, current lease is till April 30 and can renew after.

Current roommates are mid & late 20s young professionals who are pretty easygoing, clean, respectful, friendly. We are mostly gone during the day and have different schedules.
