HUGE BEDROOM IN A 5BR/2BA! Manhattan:LES/Chinatown

I'm looking for someone to either sublet or take over my existing lease on a XL room in a 5BR/2BA apartment in the LES/Chinatown.

Close to Soho, Nolita and E-Village. Approx 1 block from the DB metro stop 4min walk to the East Broadway F train. About 7min walk to FJMZ at Essex street. Great apartment, very quiet, all renovated! Huge room (approx 17ft x9ft) with 9th ceilings.

Lock with key on the door to the bedroom. Utilities include power / internet / maid cleaning in common areas on every wed morning. There is a living room / kitchen with full size stove, refrigerator and microwave. 2 full bathrooms, one in the front of apt, one in the back. No dishwasher or washer / dryer for clothes. Downstairs about 15ft away is a cheap Chinatown same day service laundry mat.

If you go through the landlord rent is $1500 USD / month + approx $100 USD / month utilities. You will also have to pay 1 month deposit. Rent never goes up in my experience. You sign lease.

If you rent from me, no deposit... I remain on lease. But since I have to be responsible for damage and swing by to pay rent, etc... I need a 6 month commitment and have to cover rent/utilities/my-time. After 6 months we would just go month-to-month with one month notice. $1700 USD /month all in.

Two girls in the back, two guys in the front of the apt. All are chill and laid back working in finance, or people in mid 20's traveling abroad. One is a app developer for iOS.

Will be sharing the apartment with my roommates. Very cool place, and excellent location....
