The Space

This is a great 1 bedroom in a large 3 bedroom apartment in DUMBO/Vinegar Hill. The apartment is available for 1-2 months with possible extension. The apartment has a very spacious living room, dining room area with laundry, outdoor deck, and roof access.

The guest has access to all common areas, including the kitchen, living room, and roof deck.

Interaction with Guests

I'll be available to let you in the apartment and show you around. But I won't be staying at the apartment, as you'll be renting my bedroom and cohabitating with my two roommates.

The Neighborhood

Vinegar Hill is a quiet and charming cobble-street neighborhood just three blocks away from the heart of DUMBO. Restaurants, groceries, shopping all within 5 minutes of the apartment. Brooklyn Bridge park and fantastic Manhattan views are a highlight of the neighborhood!

Getting Around

The F train is just four blocks away. Both the A/C trains, the Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridges, and Citi Bike docking stations are all within minutes away.
