Grande colocation de 5 personnes (étudiants et jeunes pro) entre 22 et 26 ans à la recherche de 2 nouveaux colocataires. La première chambre est dispo à partir du 14 décembre. La deuxième chambre sera disponible début janvier (date à définir).

Idéalement placé sur le Plateau, l'appartement est situé à 3mn du métro Sherbrooke et 1mn du Square Saint-Louis. A noter aussi que les chambres sont déjà meublées - lit double, rangements.

Le prix est de 600$ par mois tout inclus (560$ + charges: 40$ internet et hydro)

Big flatsharing of 5 people (students and young Professionals) aged between 22 and 26 years old looking for 2 new roomates. 1st room is availlable from the 14th of December. The 2nd one will be available at the beginning of January (the date has still to be determined).

The flat is ideally located on the Plateau Mont-Royal - 3mn from Sherbrooke station, 1mn from Saint-Louis Square. Rooms are already furnished - Queen size bed, and storage furnitures.

Price: 600$ all included (560$ + 40$ for the charges: internet and hydro).
