Grande chambre à sous-louer dans un grand 4½_tout inclus_jusqu'à juin 2016

Je pars en voyage en Australie pour une durée de 6 mois (janvier à juin) et je suis à la recherche d'une personne responsable et non-fumeuse qui serait intéressé à sous-louer ma chambre dans un beau et grand 4 ½ ensoleillé situé à deux pas du métro Papineau pour cette période.

La sous-location comprend:

- Électricité et chauffage
- Internet
- Une grande chambre avec deux fenêtres, lit, bibliothèque, garde-robe et bureau.
- Salon et salle à manger meublé, cuisine complète.
- Laveuse-sécheuse

Dans le quartier:

- Métro Papineau à deux pas.
- Métro (épicerie) ainsi qu'une fruiterie très bon marché au coin de la rue.
- Rue tranquille tout près du pont Jacques Cartier, près du Village sans être dans le Village.
- À dix minutes de métro des grandes universités (UQAM, McGill et Concordia)

Je sous-loue la chambre à 550$. Il y a aussi possibilité de sous-louer les deux chambres si vous êtes deux, car mon coloc à l'intention de partir travailler à l'étranger pour un bout.

I am leaving for a trip of about 6 months in Australia (January to June) and I am looking for a responsible non-smoking person to sublet my room in a large 4 ½ right next to the Papineau metro station for that period of time.

Including:

- Heating and electricity
- Internet
- A large bedroom with 2 windows, queen size bed, bookcase, desk, and a wardrobe.
- A large living room and dinning room furnished, a full kitchen with counter island.
- Washer and dryer

Around the apartment:

- Papineau metro station at literally 2 minutes of walk.
- Grocery stores (including a pretty cheap small market).
- Calm street right next the Jacques Cartier Bridge, the Village and lots of restaurants, without being “in the village”.
- 10 minutes from McGill, Concordia and UQAM in subway.
