I'm away for the summer so I'm looking to rent it out. It's a wonderful apartment in the Upper West Side, just steps from restaurants, bars, grocery, Central Park, and the 1 train and B/C trains. Super convenient to get anywhere in the city.

The apartment comes with 2 furnished bedrooms, One has a queen bed and the other a full (double bed). Both have a large closet, dresser, small desk, air conditioner, and storage space. The rest of the apartment includes furniture, TV with cable, wifi, full kitchen and bathroom. The couch also pulls out into a queen and it's actually comfortable! It's a beautiful apartment - exposed brick, tall windows, hardwood floor. Laundry in the building.
