Fully Furnished Double Bed Room & Office for the Summer

You're visiting Montreal for the summer and don't want to miss anything, you're new in town and want to make the most of your journey, or you've been here for a while but have decided to take it to a whole new level, then this place is everything you could dream of !

It is a nice spacious two floor-apartment with 5 bedrooms located in the heart of Montreal city centre. You'll find plenty of little shops, restaurants, bars, clubs, and shopping mall in the near neighbourhood. And even better than that, it is 2min walk form Guy-Concordia Subway Station.

Now let's speak about the room ! The sublet comes along with a fully-furnished double bed room and a fully furnished office (desk, wardrobe, and huge ikea shelf). But you know what ? If you're not alone and you have some friends that would like to move in with you, well, that's possible too. Some of my roommates are leaving in July so we can have up to four bedrooms available. These rooms will be available throughout the summer (July & August) but afterwards too, so if you want to stay, it'll be up to you.

You might be wondering about the furnitures & equipments you'll have. Well that's simple, kitchen is fully-equipped (2 fridges, stove, microwave, hotplates, toaster, blinder, panini grill, etc.), living room is fully equipped (plasma TV, 2 sofas, big low table, loud sound system, etc.), and bathroom is fully equipped (shower, sink, and toilets). The only thing missing is a washing machine but there is a laundry 5min walk away.

I'm leaving Montreal soon and this is why I have to move out from my place. This is the end of a great story for me but it could be the beginning of an amazing adventure for you. So let's come and visit the place !
