Le studio est propre, complètement rénové et bien conçu. Il est semi-meublé. Le réfrigérateur, le four, la laveuse et la sécheuse sont neufs. Le garage permet d'entreposer bicyclettes, skis, etc. La rue est calme et la maison est situé face à un parc. Studio parfait pour un étudiant.
