Idéalement situé, dans un quartier vivant, et bien desservi (à littéralement deux minutes du métro guy concordia),
La plus petite d'un bel appartement de 5 chambres, elle est néanmoins vraiment confortable. Nous ne possèdons qu'un seul voisin, très discret (c'est plus nous qui avons amené l'ambaince ces derniers temps). Nous disposons de deux frigos, d'un balcon et d'un toit sur lequel nous pouvons nous installer pour profiter du soleil. Si tu veux profiter au maximum de ton été à Montréal, ne cherche plus, c'est au 1816 que ça se passe !

420$ tout compris, la chambre est réservable pour les mois de juillet et août seulement.

Nice furnished room for rent in July/August, on 1816 Sainte Catherine. In a lively and lovely neighborhood, full of students,shops and restaurants. 2 minutes walk to the subway station or to the Concordia Univeristy. The tiniest but cosiest of a 5 bedroomsand 2 stories apartment, that has lived a lot of great moments and funny stories.The room does not face Saint Catherine directly, so you won't be bothered by the outside noise. We have two fridges now, and we have a great balcony to enjoy sunbathing (though we don't have the furniture for it yet). If you want to enjoy your summer in Montreal, look no further !

420$, everything's included. The room is available for July and August only.
