Je planifie de faire un échange universitaire pendant le semestre d’hiver 2017 ; c’est pourquoi je cherche à sous louer mon studio pour un maximum de temps pendant mon absence.
Il sera libre du 10 décembre 2016 au 31 août 2017.

Loyer : 700$/mois (hydroquébec – électricité et chauffage- compris), meublé (tout le nécéssaire sera à disposition sans mes affaires persos) ex : ustensiles de cuisine, grille pain, micro-onde, lit… et plus si besoin comme draps housse, couette. Prix négociable en fonction du temps d'occupation.
Taille : 1 ½ (salle de bain et dressing)
Adresse : 4101 rue Saint Denis, en plein cœur du plateau. À 5 minutes à pied du métro Mont-Royal ou Sherbrooke, le bus 30 passe en bas. Commerce, bars, restaurants, boutiques dans le quartier (avenue Duluth très sympathique).
