Charming Bedroom in LES

Although these pictures show the place not furnished, it will be furnished by the time you move in. The bedroom will have a bed and chest of drawers and the living room will have a TV, coffee table, and couch. I was only able to move in yesterday (4/30) so I wasn't able to furnish before these pictures.

Looking for someone to sublet this bedroom from me in this lovely two bedroom apartment any time between the dates listed. I live with one other guy who is super clean and EXTREMELY easy to live with.

The apartment looks very Dutch with the dark wood cabinets, doors, and crossbeams. The bedroom has a lot of lovely exposed brick. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment. The price includes all utilities and internet.

The apartment is 3 minutes from the L and several bus stations. The location is great - very close to Tompkins Square Park, and many stores and GREAT restaurants. Easy walk to Union Square.
