Big, quiet, furnished room in the heart of Greenpoint

Hi people,

We are looking for one roommate to replace me as I'm moving to an apt with my boyfriend. We're looking for someone to stay until the end of the lease in August 31st. The apartment is a 3 bedroom, very spacious, we have two sofas and a projector to watch movies in the living room, the kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a small backyard and a private terrace.

The room is the biggest in the apartment with two windows and a very big closet. It comes furnished with a bed and a dresser.

Nassau G train is on the same block, McCarren Park is 5mins walk, Greenpoint waterfront park 10mins walk,East River Ferry to Manhattan from the Greenpoing pier on India St, again 10mins walk.
