Beautiful room for rent (month to month) $750

I'm looking for someone to continue to rent out the room I'm currently staying in. Its a decent sized clean room, month to month and is furnished. (Bed, A/C, bedside table, dresser and small desk, medium sized closet) It is on Ontario Street. Includes all utilities and wifi. You have access to the appliances and dishes in the kitchen. There's a key needed to enter the building for security.male or female is fine as long as you are respectful, clean and generally quiet. $750 a month. About a minute walk from Sherbourne subway Station, no frills and food basics down the street. Roommate and landlord are female. Please let me know if you may be interested. Available Feb 2nd
