ROOMMATES: I’ve lived here for 2 years and loved it. The two roommates staying at the apartment are young professionals who are fun, respectful and down to earth.
PETS: We have one cat who best gets along with small dogs and every human.
PAYMENT: You would be sending me the money directly (preferably Venmo) and I'll need the security deposit upfront which is one month's rent.
LEASE: Although the two remaining roommates will leave when the lease is finished January 1st, you can connect with the landlord and most likely stay for the following year if preferred.
FURNITURE: The bedrooms do not come furnished but the living room and kitchen will. However there will be room for living room furniture if you want to bring stuff from your last apartment.
