Je cherche à sous-louer ma chambre dans une colocation à 5 au coin de Lambert Closse et Maisonneuve.
La chambre est très grande et lumineuse et comporte un lit queen avec très bon matelas, un joli bureau et des rangements.
L'appartement comporte quatre autres chambres occupées par de très gentils colocataires, toujours là pour vous aider et vous tenir compagnie en cas de besoin.
Tout est inclus dans le loyer (internet, chauffage, eau chaude, électricité) + machine à laver et sèche-linge.
L'immeuble se situe à 5mn à pied de la station de métro Atwater (ligne verte), et à proximité de beaucoup de commerces: Adonis, PA, Provigo, Pharmaprix, Dollarama, Canadian Tire (centre commercial Alexis Nihon à 2 minutes).
Quartier vivant, idéal pour des étudiants de Concordia et de McGill. Coloc et immeuble principalement composés d'étudiants, bonne ambiance garantie !
Les visites pourront se faire du 3 au 10 juillet !

I'm looking for someone whom to sublease my room in an apartment with four other roommates at the corner of Maisonneuve Boulevard and Lambert Closse street.
The room is very large, bright, comfortable and fully furnished (queen size bed with an awesome mattress, a desk and storage spaces). Everything is included in the rent (high speed internet, heat, water, electricity, washing machine and dryer).
You would share the apartment with four other roommates, all students, always there for you in case you need help or just company. There are also a lot of other students in the building from all over the world, so this is pretty nice and we sometimes go out together.
Finally, the best thing about the apartment is really the location : it's a living area, ideal for Concordia and McGill students but also five minutes walking distance from the metro station Atwater (green line) and close to many shops : Adonis, PA, Provigo, Pharmaprix, Dollarama, Canadian Tire (Alexis Nihon shopping center 2 minutes).
Visits will be done from the 3rd to the 10th of July !
