April Move In! West Village Private Room in 3 Br Apt 1,620

I am looking to rent out my West Village apartment for the rest of my lease term (April 1st-May 1st) with the option to renew with your name on the lease. Private room with a queen sized bed, dresser, lamps, rug, nightstand, shelving and under the bed storage that needs to stay (we can agree on a low price) Located on one of the most popular blocks (Christopher and 7th) close to every subway and restaurant or store, 3rd floor walkup. You would share a large walk in closet and bathroom with two other girls, this is why I say FEMALES ONLY. Your roommates are two girls who are recent college graduates, working in finance and interested in fashion. They are super easy to get along with and almost barely home because of their jobs. Fully furnished kitchen and huge living room plus bedroom can come with pillows, a set of sheets and towels if necessary, all you need to bring is your clothes and tooth brush! Laundry downstairs that does wash and fold for you and only 9 units in the building, very nice, quiet and friendly.
