Here is a really nice apartment on Avenue Du Parc (between Bernard and Van Horn), Bus stop for the 80 1 min, Déparneur, grocery shop, pharmacy, Dollorama, YMCA just near by. You are in the Mile End, really nice neighborhood, good bagels and coffee shop !

- 3 bedrooms
- 1 living-room
- 1 equipped kitchen (fridge, hotplate and oven)
- 1 bathroom
- Washing machine and dryer !!!
(everything with electricity)

Really pleasant to live in, white walls, wood floor...
We are leaving because we want to move with other friends.

The apartment is free for the 1rst of march but can be freed before if needed.
