Looking for a young, open-minded, friendly person to live in a fun and respectful 3-bedroom apartment in the centre of the Plateau.

The apartment is on the top floor of a triplex, right beside Sherbrooke Metro. You couldn't ask for a better location! Steps away from the metro, buses, taxi rank, bixi, Square St-Louis, Rue Prince-Arthur, and St-Denis. 5 minute walk to Boulevard St-Laurent, grocery and liquor stores, Berri-UQAM, coffee shops, bars clubs, Parc La-Fontaine and Quartier Latin.

The room is very spacious and bright and you will have your own newly renovated bathroom! Including washer/dryer (all the housemates use the washer/dryer) and lots of linen.

The Apartment
All furniture and appliances in the apartment are included (couch, cooking equipment, plates, cutlery, etc).
Large living room for socialising with big bay window and working fireplace.
A bar room stocked with everything you need to host a party, and perfect to use for a game of beer pong!
A very large kitchen with lots of counter and cupboard space.
A terrasse that is great in summer for studying/socialising/barbecuing, etc.
3 very spacious bedrooms, all very spread out. You will have your own corner of the apartment.

But best of all - the housemates! A French guy and a Canadian girl, they both speak English and French (we practise together). They are great people and we spend a lot of time together. Very fun, spontaneous and outgoing people. I'm sad to be leaving them but I have to return to Australia.

They would like a nice, social, clean and respectful person. Smokers are OK, but only outside on the terrasse!
No pets.

Rent - $600/month.
Bills are not included but they are relatively cheap.
