While the room itself is small, the apartment has a furnished living room that's quite spacious. The apartment was renovated in the last three years so the flooring, appliances, etc. are all new. Location is really the biggest selling point for this place. The NR and 6 trains are all within a 5 minute walk of the apartment.

The roommate is a 26 year old male working as a management consultant.
