1BR in 2BR apartment - permanent/temporary accommodation; Price Negotiable

Looking for someone to take my place in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment located right on Beacon Hill. It is a perfect location for students and young professionals -- we have easy access to Boston and its neighboring communities:

Short walk to Red (Park St), Green (Government Center), Blue (Bowdoin), and Orange (State St) train stations; supermarkets, convenience stores, parks, MGH, State House, Suffolk U, TD Garden, Boston Common/Public Garden, Downtown area, and more.

Short-term commitment with option to stay longer if you wish (the lease expires August 31 but is potentially open for renewal if you are interested).
Move in date very flexible -- aiming for March 1, but I´m more than happy to make this transition this as easy as possible. I´ll be moving elsewhere shortly, so the simpler the better.

Furnished common areas, laundry in the basement, heat/hot water included in the rent (1,397) (price is negotiable). Utilities stay low (rarely more than 50/month), particularly during the warmer months you'll be there.
