Renovated, clean basement suite in the Arbutus Ridge Area (just outside of Kerrisdale). Nice family neighbourhood. There is a shared bathroom and washing machine and dryer in unit. Good sized kitchen with a table and small common area attached with a couch. Washing machine and dryer in unit.

I am looking to sublet my room until the end of my lease. The room is available from April1st- August 31st with the possibility of extension, but that can be discussed on a case by case basis.

There is a direct bus to UBC (20 minutes) and a 2 minute walk to a bus stop to go downtown (20 minutes)
