This is a lease assignment so your name will be on the lease and mine will come off. Lease ends 06/30/2021 with the option of renewing with the management company. I am looking for someone to take over from Nov 1st 2020. I go running on Riverside Drive as there are views of the Hudson River, NJ and the GW Bridge. This apt is in a safe neighborhood and walking distance to the trains A/C/E/D/B/1, dry cleaners, supermarket and Riverside Park. Sometimes I do Whole Foods delivery as well. A few cute restaurants and bars on Broadway Avenue. The street is tree lined and very quiet, with street parking available or a parking garage on 153rd and Riverside.
