Spacious studio in gorgeous Townhouse with garden
We are looking for a wonderful and lovely roommate to join us in our super cute and very very spacious townhouse in the heart ofW 3rd street ! You ll have your own entrance, your private bath, washers in the apt, HBO, cable, and a garden ! You can walk everywhere as its by the Grove, and there are plenty of parking spaces, we do have a permit. You ll be sharing it with 2 professionals, in their 30's, so we'd rather like somebody with a steady 9-5 job, or student, busy, VERY clean, all grown up and responsible, who is considerate for others. One roommate is never home and the other one works from home half of the time in the Ent. industry. Not a party place. If you are looking for a cosy home feeling, private, and convenient, then its perfect ! : ) Utilities is extra. Cheers xoxo
