Spacious Santa Monica/Brentwood area 2 bed, 2 bath apartment

I’m looking for a roommate to share my 2 bed, 2 bath apartment in the Brentwood/Santa Monica area starting September 1st for $1,310 PER MONTH (The move-in date is negotiable but my roommate is leaving the country August 31st)

Location: Off of Wilshire, 2.5 miles from Santa Monica 3rd Street Promenade + beach, near Brentwood, a less than 10 minute drive to Westwood and UCLA, and all major freeways (405, 10) are nearby!

The apartment: It’s a beautiful 2 bed, 2 bath (you would get the master bedroom with a walk-in closet and bathroom in the room), very spacious living room, dining room and kitchen, gas fireplace (I always use it in the winter and the landlord pays for gas + all utilities besides power and internet) and a cute little balcony. The utilities is 30 p/month for internet and then power which is $20-30 p/ each person every 2 months. See the pictures attached.

About me: I’m a 23-year-old editor looking for a young female roommate. I like to have fun on the weekends, being active is a huge part of my life (I work out nearly every day) and I’m a very clean and chill person!
