Alas, it pains me to leave this adorable, light-filled apartment, a 15 minute walk from Redondo Pier and 10 minute Uber from Hermosa Pier, but I must. At 850 per month plus about 40 dollars in utilities, it's kind of a steal (but not in a suspicious Craigslist way). You'd be living with my sweet, respectful, gainfully employed roommate. Hardwood floors, newly refurbished, upper unit (so it's beyond quiet). You'll have your own private garage that locks, plus 2 free street parking permits for friends. Non-permit parking half a block away. Big windows and very spacious. I'm weeping as I type. Hit me up if you're interested, we're interviewing girls only.
