Private furnished livingroom available now for female!

We're looking for a female roommate to move in ASAP. Rent is $475 plus utilities. Water is included. We are two easygoing girls living here in our early/mid twenties, looking for a calm and respectful working or/and studying female to be our roommate (someone who is not home all days). We want someone with their own car to move in. We don't party at home (occasional wine Wednesdays might happen), and we don't smoke or use any kind of drugs, and that's how we want our roommate to be. While we don't need to be best friends and do things together, we do value a good and respectful roommate relationship, and we believe that communication is the key to that! The apartment has pretty much everything you'd need for cooking and cleaning. You will have access to use whatever you need in the fully equipped kitchen. The stay will be month to month but ideally we'd want to find someone who wants to stay longer.

-The livingroom is secluded with curtains (so you can have privacy!)
-Free street parking (street sweeping once a week)
-Ceiling fan

-Minutes away from Americana at Brand (3 miles), Glendale Community college (5 miles), and close to Downtown LA, Los Feliz and Eagle Rock with great restaurants and bars.
-But our neighborhood has the best TACOS :D
Move in date is ASAP. We will show the room today and on Sunday. If ad is still up, we have not yet found our future roommate!
