PRICE REDUCED! Looking for new roommates to share 2B 2BA apartment in Studio City

Looking for a couple, 2 people willing to share, or possibly single roommate to share 2nd bedroom, in a 2B 2Ba apartment. The new, year long lease was just signed yesterday, however due to living here for several years I was able to talk down the price of rent. It will now be $650 per person to move in, or $1300 if you want the room alone. This price does have all utilities in it, including WiFi. It's the Avalon complex which is close to all major film studios and highways. The complex has 2 pools, 2 gyms, basketball and racquetball court, and hot rock sauna. We will eventually get new appliances and counter tops, but we will have to wait a little while as part of the reduced price deal. However, you will have your own refrigerator. Please no smoking of any kind, and be animal friendly as 2 super friendly dogs already live here. If this sounds like a good fit for you please PM me and say a little about yourself.
