I'm planning on signing the lease for this really nice space in flatbush for Nov. 1st, and need two other people to sign the lease with me to secure it ASAP. (I've already put down a deposit for my room.) It's such a good deal for what you're getting! The apt. is on the first floor- one of the rooms is facing the street and one is facing the garden (with a door to the garden. did I mention there's a private garden/backyard? with grass and everything?). There's two rooms available and both are $975!

There's also a dishwasher and washer/dryer IN UNIT which is awesome! And the main living space is pretty nice and big!

There's also a virtual doorman for your virtual doorman needs, and the landlord allows pets. It's a quick 4-5 min walk to the 2 and 5 trains!

Come join me in this awesome space! A little about me now: I'm a 23 y-o illustrator/graphic designer working 9-5 weekdays in the city. Sometimes I work from home but I'm generally a quiet person who's pretty tolerant of anything and I think of pets as a plus. I'm also a huge nerd that spends her time at home either illustrating, watching shows (I love sci-fi, anime, mystery, a ton of stuff), or playing video games.
