Need Roommate for July 15th or August 1st

Dear mysterious user,

You can have your own bedroom, bathroom, dressing and parking spot 15 min away from SMC.
Located across Venice Blvd and Beethoven Ave in Mar Vista (90066). You would also share a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen with only one person: me.

- Rent is $905 a month. Utilities $70.
- $830 deposit required
- No one-year lease required. You just pay online monthly.
- The management company that checks your credit.

A little bit about myself:
I graduated from SMC last month and now spend my time writing music for films and trailers. Other then that, I'm quite a friendly person (not to mention that I cook french food exquisitely). If you want to visit, just shoot me a text the day before. You can move in anytime between June 15th and July 1st.

(Last thing, I'm OCD about cleaning. My kitchen stove needs to shine baby!)
