You have just found the best deal of 2016. This is a very spacious 3 bedroom apartment in the heart of the NoHo Arts district - just off of Lankershim and Magnolia, right by the 170, 134 and 101.

We're looking for a third person to join our current crew of two. We're two 26 year old guys who grew up together in Chicago. Both college educated and working in the entertainment industry full time. We're both extremely tidy, clean and respectful of the space and are looking for someone who is much the same. We won't compromise on cleanliness and organization. Your bedroom is your business but the common areas need to remain clean. Otherwise, we're pretty chill and not a lot bothers us. We hang out somewhat frequently and are looking for someone cool to chill with. Both guys and girls are welcome to check the place out.

You'll be paying $625 for a private bedroom, an underground tandem parking space and a shared bathroom (shared with only one other person). Spacious kitchen and living area both of which are already furnished. $625 includes rent and water. We pay for cable, electricity and gas. Gas is, like, $4/person every two months, electricity ranges depending on the time of year, and cable/internet is $35-ish per person/month. There's a pool and hot tub in the back, as well as a patio/grilling area and usually pretty ample street parking for guests - a huge bonus.

What we're looking for is someone with some brains, a college degree, preferably working in the industry, but not mandatory, who is clean, quiet and fully employed. We're super easy going and are just looking to replace our buddy who is moving out. Pets of any kind are not for us. Neither are cigarette smokers.

I've taken pictures of the available bedroom and shared bathroom and posted them above. I've been too busy to post pictures of the kitchen and common area, but can send them along as well once contacted.

Move in is March 1st. Apartment is walking distance from the subway and tons of other stuff. It's a great place filled with great people at an unbelievable price.
