Awesome couple is seeking another awesome couple (or 2 people willing to share) the 2nd bedroom/bath in our 2 bedroom 2 bath, apartment in Studio City. We would split the rent and utilities making it $800 per person to move in (all utilities included in the price). Its the Avalon complex which is close to all major film studios and highways. The complex has 2 pools, 2 gyms, basketball and racquetball court, and hot rock sauna. Everything has been updated, we are also getting all new appliances and granite counter tops!
