Great room in big apartment

Hi all,

My two awesome roommates are moving out in August and although that sucks big time, this also means great news for anyone that is looking to rent a room in Amsterdam. There is still one room available from August 6. The apartment is furnished and has a lot of space to move around (150 square metres roughly). It is located in Amsterdam West and right next to Rembrandt Park. Supermarkets like Albert Heijn, Jumbo and Lidl are just a few minutes away. The city centre and central station are within 15 to 20 minutes (cycling and public transport).

I am 26 years old myself and am looking for easy going (tidy) working (so no students) people, that like to chill, have a drink from time to time, watch a movie, that sorta stuff, but also value their personal time/privacy. - Extra details: washing machine, closed balcony, cable tv, 2nd floor apartment on corner
- Room cannot be shared
- No students
- The apartment will be shared with myself and one other male (new) roommate.

Hi! I’m an italian architect and I’m moving to amsterdam to improve my academic career by frequenting for 6 months the HvA University as a visiting researcher. I’ll be there from the end of January to the end of July.
I’m looking for a room in a shared house. I’m a quite and tidy girl.
